We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (such as search engines or social networks) that affect campaign performance.

Ownership of deliverables created for a client (such as ad creative, content, or website assets) is governed by the applicable service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalepoint Axis LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability related to marketing services performed is governed by the applicable service agreement.
